I have been dealing with this for years and have seen specialist. It's a headache and painful at times.

The pain is caused by a titled/tipped cervix (tipped back, pointing towards your coccyx). Changing positions, more foreplay, slower/less deep penetration helps. No other health implications, and about 30% of women have it. The degree of pain varies from person to person though.

Do you know if you have a tilted cervix? That could be the cause.

"It's a very tight feeling that sometimes reaches into my stomach which might make me think I would be pregnant. " that is exactly how I feel. I have a copper T IUD and it feels like it's shifted. I feel so pregnant right now...I can't do this. smh

apart from the pain in the legs back and rectum..that's just about it. I'm even feeling it now in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen. I haven't told my boyfriend about this, cause I don't know how to say it. I also have an IUD, it feels shifted and I feel pregnant. if anyone is out there listening to my moment of desperation........HELP?!?

This is also my 2nd of having this pain. A few minutes after wild or rough sex I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen area as if they were as bad as contractions. Not only that but my whole pelvic area is also experiencing this pain and i cannot move or else it hurts more. It made me cry this time and lasted longer and hurt more. What could this be? I am immediately making an appointment to talk to my doctor.
