I am a 43 yr old female with a history of endometriosis, requiring radical hysterectomy last year.
I did a workout for first time in a while a couple of days ago so not sure if I inflamed something or if its relevant but I'm mentioning it.
whilst sitting down with a morning coffee yesterday I suddenly had a very sharp, stabbing pain what seemed like in my rectum. It took my breath away. The pain is radiating around my pelvis and lower back. I haven't been able to pass a proper motion as the pain intensifies severely upon pushing and results in stabbing pains. even passing wind hurts. My bowel motions are small and tiny And horrendously painful. The pain is constant and has lasted 24 hours now without a break. Painkillers are not effective.
is there such a thing as a burst ulcer in your bowel perhaps? Any thoughts? it feels like my bowel is kinked? Perhaps an inflammation of some sort? Any thoughts of how to treat this?
