Did they end up finding anything unusual in these tests or have they put it down due to precordial catch (PCS)?

I have the same problem when I run at any speed for more than a few minutes. Seeing this post was over a year ago, I was wondering if you (or anyone) found a way to relieve, stop, or decrease the pain when doing cardio activities.
I'm 50 years old male. While running two times in the last month I felt a sharp stabbing pain in the lower portion of my left lung. It felt like a knife stabbing me. What does that mean?
