Now, what you need is a good consultant that can explain you in details what procedure consists of, what are the post-op treatments etc. As for silicon itself, it was banned for almost 14 years 1992. - 2006. (studies showed that they are no danger for a woman), so it is again on the "plastic" market (while silicon was gone, saline implants were used).
