Hi, I am 49 year old one of my friend have only single testical since birth now he is about 40 years old and have no problem in his life, he is unmarried and afraid to make sexual relationships with females, while semen qty is also satisfactory, but some time he report of pre-mature edjuclation, please advice about the future problems about it, if any.
