Sinus pain while eating

I know this May sound vague, but I have a great deal of throbbing pain behind my right eye when I eat. There is  small amount of low-level, consistent dull pain there when I'm not eating. My upper teeth hurt in that area too, but no other symptoms that I am aware of. No excess mucous,  drainage, no jaw pain, nothing, so I don't know how to address it. I've taken Tylenol, but it did nothing. I am limited in acceptable medication because I am a nursing mother, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!
