I've been having facial pain for 2 months. My symptoms are as follows: facial pain and pressure - nose, cheekbones, forehead. Fullness, pressure in ears, temples sometimes painful, neck is sore when I tilt my head back. Teeth and jaw throb. Have been treated with 4 courses of antibiotics for sinus infection as I have post nasal drip & classic symptoms. However, the CT scan was negative. The pain is usually the worst at around 3-7pm. Help! It's driving me nuts! Suggestions of who to see next?

I am exactly the same symptoms as you. Waiting on a scan date for an MRI (not sure how different that is to a CT?).
My teeth are SO sore and it seems to get worse later in the day??
