I have sort of the saome problem as king i am 14 started puberty around when i was turning 13, the skin is physically attached to my penis head (on the underside) i can fully erect without it hurting but you are not able to see my penis head fully (only the tip of it ) it doesn't hurt when i masterbate or when i urinate but when i pull it back (the forskin) it starts to hurt and i can see the line of skin attached to the head and forskin when i pull it back.Oh and the line starts befor the start of the head lining thing what should i do please help

My skin pulls over all of my dickhead but is stuck to the narrow overall of the dickhead and the shaft
