My boyfriend and I have been very concerned, he has been getting small cuts all around hes foreskin that look like strech marks and is Also very dry.. The tip and foreskin are really red.. This has never happened before, can someone give me some advise should he worry???

No hes foreskin isnt tight,, and this barely started 4 days ago, right after we had inercourse, at that moment he was Fine,, but the next day he started with the foreskin problem and was hurting him. I am really woried tho because this has never happened..
