small pimple looking growths

hi, i have these small pimple looking things on my scrotum and penis. they are verry small and reduce in size when i wash throughly but never go completily. on the scrotum they look like they grow from the hair folicle but on my penis they are random. if you squeeze them(hard) they sometimes emit a white/yellow substance that looks the same as a small blackhead/pimple there is never puss or liquid

i am 14 and am still a virgin

what are these??
