I have these also - started about a month ago. Don't itch - are just tiny little red pin prick dots all over my lower legs... Look bad am wondering if I am allergic to something??

I noticed about 6 months ago i had a tiny patch of these dots around my right ankle. As they did itch or cause me an issue i didn't think anything of it. A few weeks ago I noticed 3 patches on my left lower leg. As I was in a hot bath they were brighter than normal. I don't suffer with skin complaints so this is strange for me. I have had a blood test but I have not had a call back so i'm guessing that my tests were normal.
I did start seeing a guy around the time of the 1st patch, and i wondered if it was an allergic reaction to his washing powder etc. It can't be though because its never caused an issue.
Did any of you get any answers? Was it stress related?

I'm 15 and I'm having the same issue they're tiny red like pin pricks that don't itch at all. It's summer and I planned on going to the beach in a complete of days. Any advice to cover them or calm them down?
I am 18 years old male. When I stand for 1 to 2 hours, reddish spots are appearing all over my legs and after two days they disappear. Do I need to see a dermatologist?
My mother spotted small pits in her legs. They are neither too deep nor painful. There is no colorization and the diameter is not that small. We are very confused. Can anybody help us out? What are those?
