I'm 47, circumcised and it's 100% exactly what the original post describes. It's not from masturbating, as I remember being a little boy and my mom examining these when I went to her about it (I was probably 4-5?). I actually remember her squeezing them and a small amount of solid discharge (like a blackhead) came out - I didn't like it and she never did it again. Life just went on. 7-8 years ago I went to a Doctor who said it was possible (wasn't sure) that it was from when I was circumcised. I'm not convinced of that as some of the "tubes" are farther down the shaft than where the circumcised skin would have been. I have this problem. I went to doctor and he said to me it is for core of hair, when the hair removed from core, remain the hole space. Sometimes there is pus inside it.
