HELP! I have smegma trapped under the head of my penis so I decided to start to stretch my foreskin gradually, Now I can pull the foreskin behind the head of my penis but when I pull it back, the smegma DISAPPEARS! It gets pushed back under the skin of the shaft of my penis (i think).

Any help?

Please, Im only 16 and have had the problem for nsix months now...
In males, smegma helps keep the glans moist and facilitates sexual intercourse by acting as a lubricant. During adolescence the amount of this can increase. It is not a dangerous thing.

Are you circumcised? If not, it can collect there and proper hygiene should help. Such as holding the foreskin back and gently washing.
If you are circumcised and this is still occurring you may be producing an abundance of this secretion and washing regularly should help still.

Can you reach it to wash or see if it will come off? Soaking might help.

I'm not circumcised. The only smegma I get if really hard smegma stuck under the foreskin. I can feel it under there but when I roll the foreskin back over the head the smegma gets pushed away. Its complicated cus when the foreskin rolls over the head of the penis the smegma is not there anymore but as soon as I roll it back it is there. Making it impossible to reach!

If you cannot reach it I would see a doctor and see what he/she can do or recommend because you don't want to leave it there to accumulate more. The fact that it has become hard says what's there has been there awhile.

I know it seems like an embarrassing and sensitive subject, and you may feel a little weird about seeing a doctor but it really is for the best. They have seen it all trust me, and once you get this taken care of you will know how to handle it in the future. Leaving it there will only make it harder ot get rid of when the time does finally come.
You can do it!
