Thank you! Finally someone who has a clue. How can you not know that it's decomposing semen that makes your vagina smell God awful? The worst decision I ever made was getting an IUD because now hubby wants to ejaculate in me every *$#@ time! I really love the smell of rotten fish eminating from my vag the next morning. Totally disgusting. Thanks Murena...

If your boyfriend /husband takes supplements it can make his semen smell fishy, excess vitamins and supplements after being excreted can get into the semen and excreted that way. I tested it with my boyfriend cause he takes supplements and I get this fishy smell after we have sex and he ejaculates inside of me, although he has a fishy type smell even if he doesn't (although faint) brought it up to him and asked if he could not take his supplements for a little bit, he stopped and sure enough that smell went away. You'll know if it's BV cause the smell will get worse and stronger during sex (incase it's not caused by excess supplements)

Female Vag. PH levels are 3.8 to 4.5 acidic, Male sperm is 7.2 to 8.0 Alkaline. The vag has to fight that stuff off to get back to it's norm.

It’s possible. If your period doesn’t start then take a pregnancy test but try to track your cycles on an app (Glow works well and you can talk to other women too) and it’ll show your fertile period

Yes. Sperm is alive basically when you ejaculate...them it dies and rots inside of us..Thats my assumption.

Male ejaculate has naturally occurring chemical cadarerine which is the same chemical produce by the decay of flesh or meat.

I found out that his semen is messing with your ph balance. Semen has a higher ph balance than the female vagina does.

Your vagina is a carefully balanced ecosystem and will normally be host to a community of 'good' bacteria. One of the main bacteria is called Lactobacillus, similar to the type found in 'live' yoghurts. In return for its home, Lactobacillus generates lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide. This keeps the vagina's pH at an optimal range of 3.5-4.5. These acidic conditions act as a disinfectant and discourage less welcome bacteria from causing infections. It is these natural bacteria that can contribute to a vagina's natural scent.

isn't soap exactly what to avoid to avoid destroying your natural ph balance? Why don't all women know this?
