It may be an infection of the hair follicles, shaving can do that. It's called folliculitis. Is it more of a rash or is it more of a scab?
Stop shaving for a bit and see if it goes away.

it was there before i shaved but it wasnt as much as now

If it is folliculitis the bump can remain a while. If it's getting bigger it may be the infection spreading. Folliculitis is commonly caused by a staph infection.

It may be a boil. If it isn't getting smaller see your doctor. It really needs to be seen.
