I'm 15 and experiencing the same both nipples are sore but only the left has white spots I have recently came off the pill but I can't be pregnant as I haven't been with anyone for months is this normal as part of puberty or do I need to go to the doctors about it
I have the same issue my nipples r sensitive when hard and not hard and I have white dots in them kinda like white heads and when I squeeze them white comes out i was on the depo and chaged 2 the Skyla due 2 weight gain from the depo I took pregnancy tests nothing went and got a blood test and I am pregnant. Try getting a blood test bc of birth control it can mess up the results of an at home pregnancy test. The hormones 2 my skyla worry out and now my at home pregnancy test r showing positive 4 have now. I read what other ppl said about the dame issues on other sites and it all said things about pregnancy which made me so happy cuz I've had a false positive test which broke my heart. When I saw what others were saying about the sameness issues on sites I knew I had 2 be.

Some lumps are normal. Do a self check. Feel around for any prominate ones. Any out of shape and unmovable. Those are cancerous.
