Hey, im a 14 year old male and 2 weeks ago i had a pretty bad sore throut and was just sick.

now about 2 days ago a lump about the size of a grape has appeared and hurts non-stop. everytime i swallow the lump hurts and i have never had a lump in my throut. I was just wondering what it is? thanks.
