Sore white ulcers on vulva, can't urinate

I am going through the exact same thing ... I haven't slept properly in 2 days due to pain and going to the toilet brings me to tears everytime. What were your results? I get mine in 2 days. I haven't stopped crying I'm absolutely petrified :(

Has anyone received any diagnosis? I have this same problem, but also have strep-like symptoms each time (this is the 4th time this has happened) and I have been tested for TONS, everything came back negative each time.

I had the same symptom of a white sore on my vulva just below the urethra and near the vaginal opening. I thought it was the bladder sling popping through so I saw my urologist. He said it was not and referred me back to my gynecologist. They did four tests to see if it was herpes or an infection of the bladder. All came back negative. After five months of this I finally decided to see my regular doctor to get something done to clear this up. He put me on Bactrim for "vaginitis". I began noticing an immediate improvement right after I took the first pill. The pain subsided and the ulcerations and that "white thing" all disappeared within days. :-|:-)

I am currently suffering the same symptoms and have also had them once before. I went to the doctor and she was unsure of what it was. I was tested for genital herpes and it came back negative. It could be irritation from sanitary products, an allergic reaction, or maybe something more serious. I am planning on revisiting the doctors this week.

Your indications of white discharge is very indicative of "yeast" infection ..do you consume lots of sugar, sucrose, pop and junk food?

I almost dehydrated bc it hurt so bad to pee that I quit drinking anything.well my doctor did a visual and swore I had herpes no doubt bout it.got my script for it.its not long before I feel better and I could finally pee w/o screaming.well doc calls me to see if meds were working.i said must be I'm better.then she says I'm really confused now.you tested neg for all std's the meds I gave you are only for herpes.idk how they are working.i had it happen a few more times.as soon as I felt anything down there but I haven't had any problems after those 3 I had.idk if you are going to need herpes meds to get rid of it.good luck hun

im hving the same sort of problem i have 2 very sore ulcers in the lips of the vagina it has bade my left inner labia have one where it is touching the other one i have tried vasaline, cream and baths and directing my pee but i physically cannot go to the bathroom wihtout crying in pain. One thing i have noticed is that it getting worse and i cannot pee fully i have to take a break. does anyone know what this is ?? i aswell have a white discharge

I am going through the same thing. My stupid ass (PLEASE DON'T JUDGE) had sex with three different people in the same week (two were two nights in a row) I was black out drunk... But anyways, due to this I got a yeast infection. This caused me to itch uncontrollably. I itched myself RAW. I am 100% positive that I got these ulcers from the itching and the ulcers progressively got bigger and worse over the course of a few days. At this point I think my yeast infection turned into a bacterial infection which obviously is not helping my ulcers. I am currently taking baths with epsom salt and cleaning out the ulcers with q-tips. NO sign of improvement and things have gotten worse probably because me trying to pee (WHICH IS PAINFUL) irritated and further infected the ulcers.

TIP FOR PEEING:
I have been trying a bunch of tips to pee. First I was rolling up toilet paper and putting it on my ulcers (one of my ulcers is HUGE and the other is small) THAT DID NOT WORK
What I have found to work is to turn around, straddle the toilet and use my fingers to seperate my labia and pee that way because it directs the pee else where other than right on my ulcers. This has proven to work very well!
I will be going to the doctor's on friday and will update then
