I have been experiencing the same thing. When they begin to scab over, they become painful to the touch. I have been told that it is staph, also that they could be prediabetic sores that are very hard to get rid of. I do notice that when I take in a larger amount of "SUGAR" that tends to inflame them. That could be a sign of skin cancer. Cancer feeds on sugar. Out of all of the above, staph seems to make the most sense. Ugh!

I had a similar situation for 10 years. Thought I would go mad with itch. My 4th Dermatologist finally figured it out. Look up :Prurigo Nodularis". See if it looks familiar.

My daughter had these itchy spots for years and went through lots of tests and specialists. Nothing ever helped until she tried eliminating gluten. The spots went away. This is almost three years ago and the spots only come back if she accidentally eats something with gluten in it.

Yes I also have the same itchy spots on the same spot of both my thighs and calfs, sometimes my ankles. I also recently have been diagnosed with vitiligo where I am loosing the pigment in my skin. This is very uncommon to get at the age of 32. Anybody ever take into consideration or live in an area with high cloud seeding of Chemical Trails? I live in the Central Valley of California and they spray almost everyday a plithera of toxic chemicals unbengnost to most. I am convinced the excessive amounts of aluminum oxide is the reason for my autoimmune deficiency and many other conditions that can't be explained by your doctor.

Test results from Chemtrials have returned positive for aluminum, barium, bacteria, virus, human blood, and molds. These chemicals are being sprayed in our skies. It's in our air we breathe at levels that are deemed unsafe.

Look into it, and start looking up. Those "clouds" you see are not real. And a contrail from a plane should disappear, not seep and spread into a cumulus cloud spead.

It's scary and it's real/ and it's killing our kids. Write your congressman and make your communities aware, it's hard to deny once you see it.

I may have the same thing. I have had these wires on my legs for 4-5 years and have been to 20 or more dermatologists and medical doctors. I could send you pictures and you could tell me if it is possible. I don't know how to attach a photo on here.

Scabies have a rash like trail in the skin. I suffer this same problem and have done since 2013 and it got worse being in a house with black mould.
The stops me sleeping properly and makes me not be able to sit still. My dr said its psoriasis but I disagree as its only in my legs. Thighs, shins and calfs. It cause I resistance urges to scratch and then burns from scratching. Hot water and long pants makes it worse and creams and meds don't help. It's not scabies and not bed bugs it's an immune deficiency of some kind.

My exact thought! I sufffered from scabies all summer until I went to the dermatologist and she figured out what it was. I stayed in a $300 a night hotel which I obviously expected to be clean, and this is where im positive I got it. Other ways people can easily contract the mite is nursing homes, hospitals, and prisons but hotels are a big one! Scabies is pretty common and many doctors refuse to diagnose patients with it bc it requires a ton of extra paperwork on their part as well as the chance you could infect their practice with it. Also this mite is microscopic so their is no way to see it with the human eye. If you see raised clear fluid filled bumps or are itching on your hands and feet(especially in between fingers and toes) under breasts or on nipples, Around belly button/mid section, buttox, groan, under butt/upper thighs, elbows or knees then this could be the culprit. Symptoms take 4-6 weeks to develop but if you have had them before then it could take as little as a few days. I am very susceptible to bug bites, unfortunately they love me and I am also slightly allergic to them so I began noticing hives after two weeks but did not show symptoms of raised bumps(bites or burrows) until 3-weeks. Treatment is simple as long as you don't have a severe case of it. Treatment includes showering at night before bed and waiting about 20 minutes till your skin is 100% dry and then covering body in a permethrin cream at night before bed from the upper neck/hairline down to the souls of your feet. After sleeping in the cream for 8-14 hours you wake up, throw sheets, towels, and current clothes you are wearing in the wash(wash on hottest possible temperature and dry on hottest temperature.) Then shower and use soap to scrub off any possible dead mites or larva. Make sure you are putting on clean clothes and using a clean towel when you get out of the shower. scabjes is miserable and much more common than people realize! Ask your doctor if you think you may have it!
