Breakfast: Bowl of Fruit and Fibre, 2 Slices of Toast, Cup of Tea
Lunch: Cheese, Ham, Potato Salad, Chicken, Coleslaw, Yoghurt, Crisps, few slices of bread some concotion of these
Dinner: Varies, Potatoes, Veg, Meat, Pasta, Chile, Chinese. I eat everything and anything.
Snack: Crisps, Chocolate, Tea, Beer
Anyone tell me whats wrong with that or what i need to change coz i havent had a non runny shite in ages and i needed to take a dump while i was running again today which seems to now happen even after ive been for the oul morning constitutional so i reckon it must be a diet thing. Any tips?

Your diet don't look too bad. Are you drinking any water though, just curious?
Large bowl of fruit and fibre in the morning. I probably dont drink enough water, but i have a weak bladder. As my mates say i piss like a racehorse so i dunno if thats got anything to do with it?
