Well did my long run yesterday for the week. This week it was nine miles. I ran it in 1:14:25. It came out to about a 8:16 minute pace. Felt very comfortable to me once again. I am still waiting to see if my pace will slow down when the mileage increases again. Thanks for all your responses and I will keep you up to date on how my training is going.
My marathon training schedule calls for an 18 mile run the day before I run a sprint distance triathlon. Any thoughts?
I'm looking to continue my training in Triathlons, but want to also train for a marathon as well.... Any tips? Thanks!
