I am curious what are the most important preparations steps of fitness for I am planning on starting with fitness training soon and regarding the fact that I am pretty much out of condition and am overweight also do you think that I should have some preparations steps for fitness training? And besides this I am 33 and my muscles are not that great anymore so do you think I am late to try with these steps fitness at all?

Hi! look at me I am 42 and I am pretty much sure the first step for your fitness is an positive approach to all this – so it is never too late I feel so young due to the fitness but it is something that could not be explained, you need to try it first to figured it out. So if you are overweight the first step would be to reduce your foods incoming by giving the attention to food combination and the eating timing for it is not like you should eat first and then straight away go to do some aerobic. Get the right schedule for all the steps regarding your fitness habit and make it your lifestyle –maybe it would be difficult at the beginning but finally you would figured out what are the fitness benefits so it might happened you got addicted on fitness just like I am – I couldn't imagine my life now without doing fitness.
