two months ago i damages my right hand muscles slightly by putting excessive power of it during handpower with my friemd. It wasnt that serious but after that day whenever i went to gym my right hand upper wrist mucles(opposite of elbow) became stiff and caused me pain made me to quit gym for days. After a month i went to gym and during bench press i damaged my right shoulder and its front was swollen for a week. Now ive quit gym for more than a month and still when i do a basic pushup my right arm/shoulder are exhausted and they feel heavy. my right neck muscles are also tight for a month and my upper right back had very sharp pain but it went away and comes back when there is cold weather. Please help,!!!!
