Hello, I am married and 23. For about a week or so now I have been having either dull or severe stomach aches which are then followed by extreme diarrhea. I don't have any nausea so I don't know if I have to have that to be pregnant. I have also had bad fatigue which means I can like just lay down on the couch and fall asleep! I have also been happy and then be crying and upset for no reason all in a moment's notice. Also for two weeks now I have been having back pain that is in my lower and lower middle back.
I just got a urinary tract infection too! Now what's up with that? I have never had one in my life.
I took a cheap pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

I don't know if you are pregnant but i have had many urinary tract infections. They give you quite a bit of these symptoms that also feel like pregnancy symptoms! Be real careful with your urinary tract infections because they can lead to bladder or even kidney infections and those are even worse! This may not be too helpful but i tried!:)
