Hello, I hope someone can help. I am a female and 43 years old. For a year now I have been dieting and exercising 5 days a week for one and a half hours each time. I stay active all day long. I am 223 pounds and 5'8" tall. I work so hard at losing weight and have no results. I am experiencing alot of bloating, discomfort in my rib cage right down to my pevic area and some fatigue. My Dr tested me for pregnancy, thyroid, fibroid tumors, blood test for menapause and all results came back normal. My Dr tells me that it is hereditary, genetics, and or my metabolism. He usually hands me a diet chart and tells me to increase my exercise and decrease my dietary intake. This gets me mad. I know something is wrong. My Doctor is sweet but I really don't think he beleives me. Any suggestions out there.
