I am from Sweden and am currently experiencing these symptoms right now. I will tomorrow go to a doctor and do some tests. I will be back with what he says about it.To be more precise I am currently feeling a pressure inside my head above my left ear. It is almost as something is living beneath there and pressing on my cranium. It becomes more relaxed when I massage the back of my head and the muscles around my head.
I got also that pain above the year, more on the right side of the head than the left one. It's located 2cm back from the temple and 2cm up the ear. It started yesterday with a painful and at the same time dull stab. I got the feeling of a strong pressure, then it ameliorated but felt it again in the morning and less during the day on both sides (always worst on the right side) I think it's due to stress and maybe to the weather and quick temperature changes. It could be also caused by the radiations emitted from every where around the block where I live, there are like 9 Giant Antennas. Everybody owns a wifi router, we live here in slab blocks, it's plenty of apartments, so if all of us are using wifi routers, mobile phones, microwaves...It could be the cause of the strange headaches, pressure back head and little bit all over the cranium. Some people are more resistant than others.
I'm a smoker, My ORL (ear nose and throat doctor) told me that cigarettes cause infections on the throat and they spread later to the ears and nose and if not treated they can cause these headaches (if you got scratch inside the nose with the symptoms already mentioned then it's an allergy). I ve been also told that I should avoid noises and listening to loud music. Earphones are also likely to spread different kind of infections, they contain bacterias.
Back to the headaches and that strange sensations around the ears. The real cause, I still can't determine.
Drink water. Avoid hiking in sunny days.
If you are not diabetic, eat some sweets, maybe the level of sugar in the blood have just dropped.
I tried also coffee. It relieved my pain for a while, but I discourage to habituate to caffeine either.
Stretch your back. It could be a blocked vertebra or a nerve, it cause really strong headaches. If it's a blocked nerve you can feel the pain behind the neck too. Put your hand overhead for 20 seconds, smile and do something you like to do without any stress, hangout with your best friends or family members or even strangers, simply take it easy! Be relaxed, breath deeply and live a healthy life.
Adjust your dorsum by sitting in a right position. Avoid bow backed positions. Change your sleeping position if necessary...
If all of these methods will not help to relieve the pain. Take some pills against headaches, 3 pills a day for one or two days. Don't exaggerate, avoid pharmaceuticals if you can, the more you take, your body discontinue reacting to them as the result of adaptation. If it will not go away after few days and starts really to interact with your daily programs. Go to the doctor, generalist, ORL, neurologist. They know what to do next. Make a CT scan if necessary to avoid the serious troubles and make blood tests, if treated everything have a cure and stay cool. Relax! There are always things worst than things. Don't get mad! Hypochondria ban it! And don't stay either with your hands on your knees. Greeting from around the world!
These symptoms are all going misdiagnosed. It's not sinuses, or a headache, or your wifi (really, wifi? kill yourself...). I have these symptoms, and I can't figure it out. All the cat skans, ekg's, and blood tests are normal. It's an odd pressure in your head, you can feel your blood pulse when laying down moving your head when laying down, and eyes are super red.
I have had the following symptoms for the past two years;
- consistent head pressure / brain pressure (?)
- dry red eyes / dark circles under eyes
- trouble concentrating / slow thinking
(at night)
- constant racing thoughts
- can't get calm / relax
- toss and turn all night
- haven't slept good in years
- always wake up
- anxious thoughts about not sleeping
These symptoms all started after a SERIOUS panic attack. Now before I go into my story, I will note this because I have read hundreds of articles where people have posted the most ridiculous treatments and/or obnoxious diagnosis's... so I beg you, please only comment if you are POSITIVE that you know what this is OR you currently have these symptoms. One sunday night two years ago, I had this HUGE panic attack just before I fell asleep and it changed my life. My body was flowing with anxious energy. After panicking for hours without sleep, I finally fell asleep for 3 hours, and haven't been the same since. Something in my head never came back to normal. I have this odd head pressure, I can't fall asleep because I can't get relaxed. Being relaxed is different than being tired. People say wait until you're tired to fall asleep, sure, but sleep is supposed to come naturally, so being tired isn't KEY, it just helps. It's not that I'm not religious enough, because that's like believing in magic... so nope.I've been to the doctor's, before anyone asks if I did that. I've had MRI's, EKG's, and several blood tests done. ALL NORMAL. All tests came back normal. It's not sinus infection... it's not some weird syndrome. THIS happened after a serious panic attack and I haven't came back to normal yet. I had a panic attack 4 years ago, and I think I felt this but it went away after 2 weeks. This panic attacks affects have lasted over 2 years now... Yes, I've tried anxiety meds, but that's not the answer. The reason I know medication isn't the answer is because this all happened out of nowhere when I was 22. Up until I was 22 I was perfect. Never had a problem sleeping or thinking. Then, panic attack, boom, changes everything. I didn't take medication for 22 years, so that's not a logical answer. Something maybe neurological changed? that the tests aren't picking up? I don't know... All I know is my head has this weird pressure in it, working out makes it worse, and my balance is off because of it. Dry eyes, sometimes dry mouth, trouble thinking...Look, if anyone has any idea as to what this might be... let's work together to beat it and get our lives back... there's no magic solution like fish oil, omega 3, coconut oil, vitamin B... that's all made up BS. People make those suggestions because they don't really KNOW what this is. People... please respond so we can beat this? Thanks for reading...

Look up 34 studies WIFI health. Yes, I do know what I'm talking about I've been researching for 10 years. I suffer from extreme agitation whilst in WIFI - (kill yourself?.....you say?) but it goes immediately I am out of the WIFI. Why is this? WIFI is so intense and forceful it goes through walls!! It's disrupting your brainwave by the Physics of Superposition. It dominates your own brain -wave. Yes your brain wave is an electrical wave! It is no wonder your brain is going into panic....it is trying to survive. This is a good thing! you are trying to balance yourself. Your system is working well. You just need to switch off the disrupting signals which are dominating your brain and all will be well. (you will hear the voice of denial but why not give it a go.....just switch it off. Get wired internet. Get informed. Stay safe.
How does your stomach feel? Too much acid in your gut can cause problems, I am taking probiotics to get rid of the acid in my stomach.
Its anxiety no more no less
Forget all the crackpot theories and STOP searching the internet (wi fi - bloody hell)
Have you found anything out yet? I had swelling and pain above ear about half an inch back from my temple. It was worse at night. I have just found out that it was caused by a dental abscess apparently it can often start with pain here. Since taking amoxicillin it has improved drastically. Hope all ok with you
Do you also feel light pressing down on you? What about radio waves? You do understand that wifi transmits data via radio waves right? And that radio waves are a range of wavelengths of light? You're comment completely lacks evidence and even common sense.
I kept getting pain in my left temple, over 6 months or so it would come and go but always there,6 weeks ago I woke up and I had blindness in my left eye,now receiving eye injections Dr Said aaneurism behind left eye still have blood behind left eye.
