That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard for a true insomniac

Not everyone experiences those side effects. I didn't. It varies. I was on increasingly high doses over a few years. But was coupled with Clonopin, because Ambien although really knocks you out fast, can be short lived. The Clonopin helped extend the effects of the Ambien. I was on these 2 drugs for several years until I moved to another state and got new healthcare providers and insurance. I'm grateful I got off them because they worked, but are highly addictive.

I take seraquil 200mg I take two so 400 mg at7.00pm and kinda tired at 12.30 am go to bed and lay there maybe fall asleep but not a deep sleep and some times it does not work at all there has been nights when I don't sleep at all I mean like 38 hours with no sleep not even a nap my eyes feel like someone is jamming a screw driver in my eyes.there have been a time when I took three of them and nothing. We. Have a house in gulf shores AL And live in Ohio I can drive strat through to our house 980 miles and not be tired. So I have a real bad sleeping problem.

Yes! I'm from South Africa and I have a high tolerance to sleeping pills. I took one 2mg of Rohepinal and almost drowned in the bath tub. Knocked me out for 12 hours. In the states they call it the date rape drug. You may have to take two but I am sure you will be out for the count! Good luck.

Workingout befoore sleep is a myth, It increaces blood flow, and heart rate, exct. You should work out at leat 45 min before to let your heartbeat return to normal. this will also let the oxygen levels in your brain return to normal. Hope this helps. KCCO
