Hi I have been on oxycodone for 2 years for pain management. I had 14 strips of 8mg of suboxone. I took the suboxone hoping to wean down to find out my real leval of pain. Not chasing the withdrawl take another pill now pain. Its been 5 days and I took 1mg of subs today and just have some back aching. Is it realistic to think I can stop the subs tomorrow, and take no pills but maybe use a few vics for my pain . Is my oxycodone out of my system so I really shouldnt have any withdrawls at all? thanks
It would take 10 days for the oxy to be out of your system. But remember suboxone is an opiate too.
