i am a mother of three kids .i am 26 years old. i used to have pms always but after my third delivery [it was a c section]its getting worse. i am very depressed before my periods. all the symptoms are there in me and i would like to know more about this. i want to know how can i manage my three kids[eldest daughter 7 years second one 4 and third is one year old]. i often get angry wid kids and my husband. my husband is very understanding and he always treat me good but now a days i am very sorry for my behavior towards him . so pls advice some tips or exercises for me or some pills which can make me a good wife and mother. :-D
Dear mother of 3--please talk to your doctor about this! Life is too short to live it angry and depressed. Also, to be the best mother you will want to be sure your hormones are stable...not causing you the crazies!

In the meantime... I would suggest eating a very healthy diet, breakfast, lunch and dinner...whole grains, beans, lean meats, soy products and/or yams (good if you need more estrogen). Avoid ALL alcohol, and any other drugs. Take a multi-B vitamin and C supplement in addition to your regular vitamins. If your iron is low, get some of that too, it'll give you more energy.

Also...it's very important to get some regular exercise every day...a 20-30 minute walk, and the more often the better!

So call your doctor, grab a healthy snack and go for walk. It's simple, but take it from experience....it definitely WORKS!
