I am going on my 2nd week now, so far I may have lost about 2 pouns. But I have noticed my midriff and stomach shows signs of flattening. I have not done any excercise at all. If by the end of this week I do not see any results, I will return the product per their guarantee. I too have sent a post dated check. They are hard to dissolve, I will begin to take them like regular pills and see.
