Penis is swelling from the tip of my head down wards, the swollen area is bout 3cm widgh and 3cm in length its sensitive and red in colour. A white puss like substance in some areas. I pulled my foreskin back to show my penis head (don't know if that was a good idea now) then after 1 day the skin under the penis head swelled up and it go bigger and bigger. It's just air in side I think but it's sore if I hit it with something and it's been slowly moving down my penis for about 4 days. Also my head and shaft (swollen areas) have been sort of flaking.
its been 5 days since this all happened I don't want to do see a doctor as I am 16 and my parents have no idea about this just want some advise.

Hey there it's difficult because I cannot see what it looks like but it sounds like you may have an infection called balanitis. Do you ever pull back your foreskin and clean the glans(head) of your penis? Are you sexually active at all?
