swollen nostril inside 4 two yrs. Naseptin is sulfate I am allergic to sulfa and sulfites

There is a chance that this might be caused by ingrown hair in your nose. The fact is that this can get infected and there for your nostrils can get swollen easily. Do you have any pain in your nostrils? You have to understand that ingrown hairs in your nostrils are not different from other ingrown hairs. You can treat them by applying warm compress inside your nostrils directly on to the ingrown hair. This will not be simple at first but after several times you will feel much better. The infection is not simple an you need to get rid of it as soon as you can.
