Ok, a few things id like to note is sexual activeness, i am sexually active, and my girlfriend is 100% clean i know that. I starting having these issues with my scrotum/balls area around a year ago, they do not spread, but sometimes i pick at them in my sleep, and its like swolen oil glands, and they are about 3/4ths Centimeter in a radious, and when picked at (tested while awake not to long ago) ( Starts with normal gland, or after shaving: I pick at the hair/gland, and it starts to bleed. I leave it go, and it scabs over, but it fills up with a pus/liquid type stuff, though this does not spread, and isnt going away and im starting to get worried, please help?...
PS: Me and her were both virgins when we became active, found that out when i poped her cherry, lol.. but yeah figured to mention that(sorry if TMI)
