Yesteday I was fooling around with my girl friend at my house. We didnt have sex, and we were both wearing clothes. However she was rather rough with my penis accidentley sitting on it ( which sounds funny but is actually very painful ) and other things.
Afterwards my penis was feeling rather weird so I had a look down there and saw that my foreskin was swollen. I cannot pull my foreskin up as of the swelling. Its now been about 24 hours since i disvovered it. I am only 14 and am pretty freaked out about it. This is the first time it has happened. I would like to know. I would like to sort it out without telling the doctor/parents.
What are the causes of the swelling?
Is there anything I can do to bring it down?
I also looked around the internet and people said salt in a warm bath would help. Is that just normal table salt or a different type.
Any help would be apreciated.

Hi there. You mentioned she sat on it "and other things". Can you be a little more specific about the "other things" please. Also - did you have an erection when she sat on your penis?
I'm trying to get exactly what you're saying - the foreskin is now stuck down so the head of your penis is exposed? What happens now when you get an erection?
As far as the warm bath - I believe what you may have read was talking about Epsom salts. When you take a warm bath with Epsom salts, Magnesium Sulfate is absorbed into the skin and reduces swelling, among many other advantages. There is no harm that I can think of in trying this salt bath before talking about this with your parents. But, if it isn't resolved in another day you probably need to get it looked at.
One issue with swelling is that it also constricts blood vessels and can reduce blood flow to anything past the swelling, this can particularly be a problem with circumferential swelling (swelling that goes all the way around something).
When you get a chance, answer some of those questions up there and I will see if I can get you an even better answer!
