Hi everyone. I’ve got a problem. My right testical is swollen. I strongly believe I tore something undoing a truck tire. The pain seems to start between my anus and base of penis. Since my injury many things have gone bad
; bike riding and to a lesser extent walking etc
If I engage in such activity as working bent over, bike riding or similar, my testical swells, pain shoots up side of leg and lower back.
I have seen my family doctor, urologist, and surgeon. But, al of them (including sergeon) said that I had no patholigy and no hernia therefore no treatment
Anyone with info or similair problems?

Hi, I read your post. I've been having the same problems for the past 6-7 months now. I have also been at the dr.-s but none could fine anything wrong with me…. So, I’m interested in this matter as much as you are…If you find anything more please get back to me if you can.

It may happen that there was bleeding to the testicle after the trauma you had in the bus. Some blood clots may form and it may take them a long time to disappear or they can even form a cyst.
The bump you are feeling can also be just a normal anatomical bump that is found on top of the testicles or an epididymal cyst but they wouldn’t have anything to do with the trauma.
If your doctor said this was nothing, I suggest you lie low and observe. If you notice that the bump is getting bigger or changing shapes, that your pain is getting worse or you start suffering from any additional symptoms including fever, burning penile/scrotal sensations or tenderness, pain during masturbation or sex, make sure you see an urologist right away.

my right testical has been swollen. not normal about 1 1/2 the size of my left, no bumps bruses or anythig unusual other than larger than normal. doen't hurt unless bothered, me checking it out buy moving it around.
I also have a problem like this.
From birth my right testical has been about 1 1/2 times larger than the left, but the wierd thing about it is, if I squeeze it, it's very soft, and in the middle is my testical, which is the same size as my left. It also shrinks down to normal size every few hours.

I have sharp pains that run threw me like you described they seem to start in my balls and feels like it runs threw my ass and penis and sometimes even my leg and it seems more uncomfortable sitting down. My left testical is swollen and both Epididymis are swollen my left testical also feels like a heavy dead weight like iv lost feeling in it. I have also lost feeling in my penis, its killing my sex drive. Iv been treated for goneria which the drs were not so sure I had.. iv had this problem for quite sometime now at least a good 4 months and now there seems to be periodic discharge never much if ne..does ne one have ne advice.. or does ne ones symtoms match mine.?
