The other day my boyfriend told me all of a sudden it felt like he had only one testicle... and he looked and sure enough it was out of the sac and higher up, at the lower part of the abdominal range. could this be a hernia? I've never heard anything happen like that, and I'm worried! He does work out, but I've never heard of a hernia being a testicle as the lump.
I have had the same situation for many years, with the right testicle, which is the smaller one in my case. No doctor has ever told me it was anything to worry about. Obviously at least one of them works; I sired two sons whei I was 25-29.
