There are a number of exercises you can do. What's been mentioned are great. I'd like to add:
Use a bar (hanging) and do leg or knee lifts while keeping your body fairly still.
Get a stability ball. It's great for powering through certain exercises since you have to use your whole core for balancing.
It's better to focus on just exercising when working out.
That said, if you're in your lazy phase, take the ball and do some exercises while in front of the TV. Hopefully, you'll decide to focus more on your exercise.
Do jackknives on the ball. Get down like you're doing pushups but put your feet on the ball. Roll our feet in to your chest, pause and return. Try to get in 10 without stopping. OR break in between until you get there.
Do plank poses on the ball. Hold for 20 seconds. Try 10.
