I am 18 years old going on 19 and my penis is about 6 2/4 inches when erect but on the slim side will it continue to grown and when will it get thicker

Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
You're actually bigger than average, 5 - 5.5" lengthwise. It may not get thicker.
