I took a pregnancy test a week ago and it was positive. The next day took another one and it was positive again. 3 days after the 1st test was taken I started my period and it was EXTREMELY heavy. I went to the doctor today to get a blood test and I came up negative for being pregnant. How can that be if the tests I took were positive a little over a week ago?
Hi smeechez, I think that if you had a heavy period, that could plausibly have been a miscarriage at a very early point, which would be why you posted positive and then negative just a few days later. Does that make sense? How are you doing?
