Ok so I was going to the bathroom and when I wiped I felt a pain like stinging. I'm a vigan and do not masterbate. I then noticed there was a bump almost like a pimple. It's towards the bottom of my vagina and it hurts. It doesn't hurt if I go pee it just hurts when you touch it

Is it on the outer lips or inside the lips?
