My adams apple feels swollen
I constantly feel like I have to swallow to get whatever is in there to go away.
I have no pain or soarness regardless if I swallow or not.
I do have swollen lymph nodes.

I am not sure if the Addams apple can get swollen, at least I had no experience with it. The thing that you feel must be something else, like swollen tonsils or problems with vocal cords for instance. The lymph nodes tend to get swollen when you have some sort of an infection in your body. And if you noticed any symptoms of infection in your throat you have good chances that this is a lymph node that you feel in your throat. Have you considered to use some antibiotics to get rid of the infection or prevent any further complications? You can try to boost your immune system as well to prevent complications.
