Hi for about the past 3 weeks now my scrotum my leg, my hands, and my face has been tingling, I had gotten an std test and they all came back negative, also I just went to the doctor and he checked for everything, I have had epididimitus and it wasn't it, it wasn't a varicocele and he said it wasn't any nerve damage, my scrotum is redder than usual if that helps, I don't know what it is and it is freaking me out
please help
