Hello, i am currently on a diet plan and i have been for a month now. I am trying to loose weight and finally get in shape. So far so good. But i seem to have been experiencing one problem more than others.
It really looks like i lost weight and everything but my stomach remained the same, and its frustrating. I am working so hard and eating right and my stomach is just there, following me around.
Are there any abs exercises that will help burn my stomach fat faster. Any help is appreciated.

Good job on the weight loss so far. :-) You can't lose weight on just your stomach. Also doing ab exercises will just build your abdominal muscles underneath. But to lose weight in general is easy in my opinion. All you have to do is eat a tiny bit less, exercise a tiny bit more, drink more water (enough that your pee is not yellow and it is clear), and sleep enough. Good luck!
