Hi
I just bought a treadmill as I am not getting much exercise and running in London is not something I would do. I was wondering if anyone can offer some advice ?

If it has an incline function, I suggest making liberal use of it. This will maximize calorie burning without requiring increased speeds, build strength, and reduce impact. It lessens the eccentric component so there is less soreness so you can train more frequently and do more work.

Don't over run just cause you have the luxury, start slow and work up to longer periods of time

Threadmill can be use to walk, jog, and run indoor. These are cardio exercises. The best time to do this is every morning. Take adequate fluid to avoid dehydration.
