I am a boy, and I have been masturbating since I was 14; now I am 20. I considere myself an over-masturbator because I used to masturbate everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. I am disappointingly weak and unhealthy due to the excessive masturbation. Almost after every masturbation I decide to stop it but I always fail. As a result of continuous disappointment I even thought about suicide. Now, again, I took a serious commitment to stop this extremely harmful habbit. I recently read about the changes masturbation brings to the chemistry of the body. They are all pretty much true as my personal experience shows. I wonder if there is a way to copensate at least most of the bad effects caused by masturbation in my body. Your help will save my life and even give me a new one. I will appreciate any information and suggestion that helps me recover.

Hey guys. Alyas, man, you've took this issue too far. Overmasturbation is an issue, but it couldn't possibly lead to some serious health condition. It is a good thing that you have realized that you need to stop, and the best way to recover from overmasturbation is simple: stop masturbating for a while. I guarantee you that everything will be back in normal. Just give it some time, because I know it is a bad habit and could be difficult to stop, but if you just stopped for a month tops, you will be just fine and your healthy erection will be back in no time.

Try to limit your masturbating to once a week. It will feel much better when you do it, and over time, you're bodies chemicals will get back to normal. Masturbating is exactly like a drug. It can be addictive. You have to me strong, and limit yourself to no more than once a week. I think once a week is pretty healthy for a young man.

Quit masturbating by eating only vegetable and not thinking about girls and sex for 6 to 9 months. only eat fish sometime but not beef and chicken the beef and chicken help produce lots of sperm. chew slowly. don't fill your stomach 100 percent leave some empty. the more you eat the more sperm are produced making you masturbating. the more you masturbate the weaker you get and masturbating makes you old early and loose hair.

I know this post is over a year old, but I wish to comment anyway. My advice to anyone in this situation? See your doctor and get some antidepressants! Not only will they, hopefully, stop you feeling suicidal, but most of them reduce your sex-drive; a side effect of masturbation which I'm sure would actually be beneficial in such circumstances, so it's a win-win! Good luck and no matter what, hang in there! :-)

quit masturbating totally for 4 months and then masturbate once a month only. cut down soda and sugary stuff consumption by half of what you eat now because sugar helps body make more sperm thus making you masturbate. try to stay healthy and fit play sports and go jogging.

Go exactly 93.5 days without masturbation. After that, masturbate one time (and only one time) each week either on Wednesday or Saturday for exactly 6 months.
