Unknown allergy, my whole body becomes red when I'm doing some hard work

I have a type of Allergy.when i do a hard work like cycling roughly,running fast etc my total body become red and become full of allergies.at least when laugh for a long time it also happen.I guess costin a lot of ATP in sort time cause it.What type of allergy is it?And how is it cures?
