I am 23 years old and have had these same symptoms since I was 18 years old. For the past five years I have woken up every morning around 6am to anxiety, tight feeling diaphragm, nauseated(throwing up), and painful gas. as the day goes on it gets slightly less intense, but the next morning its back to 100%.
I have been to doctors and specialists and taken every test,ultrasound/mri/scope possible and they can just see damage from the stomach acid being thrown up every morning. In the past I attempted suicide because of it.
I'm getting tested for Autism Spectrum Disorder which comes with lots of stomach problems and anxiety.
Adivan and Clonazepam help sometimes but I'm desperate so I have tried everything. The only thing that made it go away(for eight months) was a fecal-transplant from a healthy person. When I told my doctor I did it and it worked he was happy for me but didn't ask any questions or want to see if that could help with diagnosing what was wrong, maybe a gut bacteria problem, as my guess was. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, candidea overgrowth, and anxiety attacks, Borderline personality disorder and ill get tested for ASD in a few months. I dont care about anything I just want the nausea to end.

Chlamydia is not passed on this way!!!!

You are wrong with that statement!

You can get chlamydia through:
unprotected vaginal, anal or oral sex
sharing sex toys that aren't washed or covered with a new condom each time they're used
your genitals coming into contact with your partner's genitals – this means you can get chlamydia from someone even if there is no penetration, orgasm or ejaculation

I know this form is old but I am 26 with the what seems the same symptoms... I have pressure and nausea between my ribs right below the sternum. I also starting to experience pressure in my bladder anytime I have to pee even a little right around the same time this started which is now a year and a half ago. I have been to the drs and no uti (which I knew) and they did an ultrasound on my gallbladder. It was super painful because she had to press the ultrasound right on the spot. And even tho they seemed to think it wasnt normal for it to hurt, they said all I had was some fluid in my gallbladder which can be normal, said maybe caused by stress and sent me home. It still comes and goes but when (what seems like an attack) hits I get so nauseated I have to lie down and can't do much else. Super disappointed this was all I was told... curious if any else found help

Acid reducing drugs will make it worse. You have low stomach acid not high. And also your acid is too alkaline. This is causing your food to not digest properly and ferment.

Did you ever figure out what it was? I am 34 and have had the radiating heat (like it measures as 101 degrees and up with a thermometer). This has been going on since 2013 for me. Doctors almost killed me off with PPI’s (yup all those recalled drugs - my doctor trialed me on like every one of the kind that was killing people yay. They took out my gallbladder in 2016 (it wasn’t functioning properly - but was functioning properly at the start of my abdominal pain. The meds probably took out my gallbladder but idk.) I still have the painful upper abdominal symptoms including almost constant nausea and fire. They still can’t figure out what’s wrong with me but I have had better luck self treating than what they were giving me. Famotidine/Pepcid AC and the prescribed nausea med Zofran helped me the most. After losing my gallbladder - I stopped taking all medicine. So in the meantime- everyone drink baking soda water in the morning and lay in your back as much as possible as needed. That’s what’s kept me alive next to making sure I have ensures, Powerades/a drink with vitamins.. especially B12 and forcing myself to eat even though it hurts to. I’m still underweight - but I’ve been able to have a healthy baby with my body this way. I honestly think my issue and maybe even your issue is the Vagus Nerve. There’s a spot where there’s a nerve that cuts across where the lower esophagus is (that same spot we all talk about hurting us)… but I’m not a doctor… Good luck everyone!

Ladies I'm older than y'all (mid 40s) but had stomach ulcers, my gallbladder removed, and been pregnant. First: Keep going to different doctors. Women aren't believed, ESPECIALLY YOUNG POOR ONES, it's a fact in (United States) medicine. We aren't believed about pain, severity of symptoms, or even whether we are truly experiencing symptoms (labeled "hysterical"). This isn't a joke, or made up boogeyman, this issue is addressed in EVERY medical school. Women slip through the cracks, and DIE or become sterile from doctors ignoring them. We're less likely to stand up against them, taught to be less agressive, and listen to authority.... so you women need to advocate for yourselves now, no matter how uncomfortable mentally, because it sounds like a lot of you are being pushed off as unimportant, and your symptoms ignored. Y'all apply for medicaid rn... or when you go to the hospital, ask for their paperwork for the indigent/ or low income for financial assistance. The US government gives BILLIONS of dollars every year to every hospital to cover "write offs" for folks that default because no money just so they can see a doc. (Grrr... Total bs) I know this is hard, but keep going see someone different, until someone listens. My daughter is 21... Had some similar issues as y'all... Y'all want to be asking a GYNECOLOGIST (if possible) to check for PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrom), or CYSTS in general on your OVARIES, as well as ENDOMETRIOSIS. All three need ultrasound check. Might be semi invasive. Do it anyway. Daughter got cysts from an IUD, then iud shifted into muscle and caused infection and had to be removed yet was caught early so she's "ok" (iuds are still GREAT birth control in most women but sometimes causes issues). The cysts on ovaries can become very large (because of hormonal nature of creating follicles for the monthly egg release = that action causes cysts). Can look like bloating OR stomach bulging/early pregnancy (after you take test first) when it's actually the size of the cyst(s). If they rupture they can feel like you've been stabbed (literally... EXTREMELY painful if rupture), but just even compressing down on them bending over or while having sex, can cause pain and nausea. They also mess with hormones so can mess with period/ breasts etc. Next: PCOS can have those same cysts in multiple areas, not just ovaries. And lastly: endometriosis can get all through your abdomen, even into other organs. It is fibrous tissue, from uterine lining. It causes irregular or painful periods initially, all sorts of impacts in advanced stages. So you guys need to check those three things with a gynecologist preferably asap if still having symptoms.. If you go into the emergency room, tell them you need to have an ULTRASOUND for checking those items. The other ones I can rule out or explain: gallbladder yes you can have pain intermittently, or dull ache to sharp pain when bending. Esp after fatty foods in conjunction with acid reflux/GERD. If pain constant or extremely bad or accompanied with fever chills etc, you need to go asap to hospital. Between that and appendix it can burst organ and cause sepsis. Gallbladder indicators= top right ab quadrant pain fever sometimes, nausea. Most prevalent with weight gain, AND ALSO WEIGHT LOSS or yoyo weightloss (as it releases fat into blood it causes stones). Also acid reflux (for acid reflux/ GERD) I recommend you guys take OMEPRAZOL. And take it daily, EVERY DAY. It is preventative, instead of reactionary. You can get it over the counter, and it is an effing miracle for chronic acid reflux! Stomach ulcers: especially when you're stressed just pain/burning, upper left, anemia, nausea, weakness, and may have black stools (poo). And lastly... if you're pregnant: yes the breast tenderness is the first thing I noticed like within days of getting pregnant, but. Pregnancy tests are cheap, test as often as needed, don't put it off because scared. It's gd terrifying, but you need to KNOW asap. And use plan B when needed, if y'all are sexually active. Plan B is hormonal birth control just like the pill... It's for if you forget, or don't use anything. Use within 24 hours. K... That's it. Mostly! don't let yourself get pushed off by these doctors, and they will: Ignore you. Act dismissive or condescending. Give easy answer without tests. They WILL! It's inherent in medicine right now! Women doctors are better at listening to women, but still not perfect. Advocate for yourself until they FIX IT. Those issues I mentioned can make you infertile, or you could possibly even die from them. So do asap. I wish tremendous amounts of love and healing for y'all. You guys face a lot ahead of you inherently. So many of us do not have insurance, and we just get pushed off... Can't afford much in general. But I know your generation is doing great things about trying to get everyone access. Standing up and advocating for everyone. Hope y'all get the medical healing you need... Much love.
