I'm 23. Same symptoms mentioned. I know this thread is a little old, but just wanted to chime in. My gallbladder is fine. In fact at the ER the other day they said it looked wonderful. Now looking for a GI doc to help find the problem. jist thought it was ironic that I'm also 23.

I was having the same pain as you and it would get worse if I drank soda or eat anything so I went to the er and I had gallstones my gallbladder was ful so they took me in for emergency surgery and I felt a lot better after surgery for 2-3months but now it's been 5-6 months and the pain is starting to come back it's off and on now so I don't know what's causing the pain??

I found out what the one I was experiencing was when I posted this (not the ovarian cyst episode). Turns out I had acute colonitis. It can be caused by a couple of different things, certain bacteria in food etc or viral. Another thing that can get much worse if left untreated. I spent a couple of days in the short term emergency area in the hospital and left before I was fully recovered because I felt others needed the bed more than I did at that stage. Good thing to get checked though because if it gets worse it can get a lot more complicated.
Same symptoms here and I just turned 24
For me it's been really really bad indigestion. When I ate healthier, drank less coffee and alcohol the symptoms got better thankfully. I love coffee I've had too much too frequently lately... so I'm currently having the weird stomach pressure/pain as I type this. It even causes pain between my shoulder blades it sucks.
Hello I had the same thing and they found out it was my gallbladder. Get it tested and request you meet with a surgeon. Good luck

That is NOT how STD's work. Your man was giving someone else oral most likely. You can't get an STD just because you didn't brush your teeth LMAO.
Stomach pain would be on the left side. Liver on the right.
stds can be transmitted orally as well as genitaly and even some by just skin to skin contact. You need to be careful in any way you are intimate with someone.
I am 27 and just curiouse if any one could explain what might be going on. I get severe abominal pressure right under my ribs almost enough to make my back hurt as well. Alot of the time it happens at night and wakes me up. I have learned that once i vomit the pain subsides rather quickly and i am usualy fine. Happens most when i eat subway. Any ideas ???
