I am 30, female, and have dealt with this problem for many years, since I entered my teens if not since before. I have seen a doctor, and gotten an ultrasound that came back negative, and the doctors have given me no help, besides telling me to not drink soda, now I don't drink soda, and continue to feel the same way, and still urinate every 10 minutes or so, and have gotten nowhere with my situation, so I have continued to live with it day to day. I constantly 24/7 feel as if I have to urinate, I literally do not know what it feels like to not have to urinate. I can't even imagine that feeling! I constanly have pressure, and sometimes I can go a lot, sometimes just a trinkle comes out, with the feeling my bladder is completly full. Anyone with any info or advice is more than appreciated!

Sex commonly causes this. Do a urine culture. a combination of UTI and yeast infection is possible.

umm wen you drink soda, that fills sodium into your body which can make the ability to urinate more difficult. it happens, and it is happening to me right now, i suggest, to stop drinking soda, and drink alot of water. if you really hate the taste of water even though it has no taste, i suggest always drinking cranberry juice, it works even better and gives u the ability to pee and even more

I get this occasionally and I never really experience pain when I urinate. It's more like an urge to urinate but when I try, I can but it's in very small amounts. I noticed that this happens usually when I don't drink enough water or something else that is hydrating. My lips get a little chapped and I feel thirsty. So, I get some water and just drink a little at a time for the rest of the day and I feel better and the feeling goes away after that.

I'm not a professional or anything but this is just from my own experience and I don't think it is anything to freak out about unless there is some kind of pain involved or last a long time (mine usually lasts for about a day). Hope this helps.. :-)

I thought I had UTIs, but when I went to the doctor, she told me that it was because I was dehydrated. If diarrhea is accompanying the feeling, there is a good chance that it is dehydration. It seems that it could be any number of problems from what I've been reading.

There is a condition called visceral or autonomic epilepsy where the patient has the desire to urinate or defecate but when he or she goes to the washroom nothing happens. Patients may even have goose flesh or abdominal pain lasting for a while. It is better to consult a neurophysician .

There is a way to help cope with the urge, by using electrodes that sort of desensitise the bladder and stop minor urges from reaching/alerting the brain, in theory. This will help to retrain your bladder and become less sensitive to those minor bladder movements.

Machines can be like this: NEUROTRAC PELVITONE - PELVIC TONER

See a physiotherapist about this!

I had a similar problem I had a constant urge to urinate but when I went there was little or nothing coming. I thought it was a UTITurinary tract infection) so I got some medicine and it went away for a while but came back days later, I went to the doctor and tested positive for gonorrhea.

Maybe you have intercystitial cystitis (IC). It is a disease of the bladder. It is like cratters in the bladder, sorta like on the moon. Acid foods and soda drinks irratate it. Things like tomato products, citrus foods, strong peppers, etc. You need to watch what you eat, drink water, drink decaf coffee/tea,cranberry juice is good. Wear cotton underwear, avoid bubblebath, strong soaps. You would need to have a test where they look up inside your bladder, done as an out patience. Elimiron is usually prescribed for treatment which works well along with diet changes. Good Luck. This disease hits women more often than men. Ask your doctor about checking you for it.

There"s an esoteric science, supported by Indian Ayuvedic medicine that links the urinary tract, the bladder and the reproductive organ together. When one is pissed off at a lover (boyfriend or girlfriend) ie feels used sexually or taken for a sexual object instead of a cherished and loved partner, the urinary tract blocks up. I got it too when I was 15. I am 33 now. The "boyfriend", someone I hardly knew, invited me to his place, and put my hands on his crotch. For people with chronic UTI, I"m guessing that the spouse or long time partner must have been engaging in the sex act regularly without enough love.

Hey, Just to let everyone who has this problem know.. This is most likely a bladder infection. Sometimes the start of a bladder infection can be cured naturally by consuming alot of water and even cranberry juice or cranberry's  There are also cranberry vitamins out there to promote healthy urinary tracks.  What I have learned over many years is that when a girl starts to get a bladder infection she can sometimes get rid of it by making her urine less considerations. Caffeine is a buzz kill. The more you consume the more likely you are to get it. As I was growing up through my teenage years and my early adult years, I would have these bladder infections off and on. They can become more frequent from not wiping correctly or if you are sexually active. I would hope you aren't at your age but I know it does happen. Now, as I said sometimes you can cure it naturally by consuming alot of water/cranberry juice. Other times you may have to go to the doctor to get antibiotics to cure it. Let me tell you.. Those ones not only have those symptoms but alot of burning , pain and other symptoms.  They wont go away at all without seeing a dr and can get dangerous. I sugest you see a Dr about the frequency and reaccurence of these incandescence. I hope this was helpful

I just went to urinate, and it kept coming out, there would be like a 20 seconds pause, and then it started to burn. Please help, I'm worried. It's not an STD. What else can it be?
