I have been struggling with small vein vasculitis for some time now. While I have tried a few different times of drugs, my symptoms have now started getting worse, after first having got better. I am experienceing numbness in the upper leg areas, where the vasculitis is most present. Have you got any idea what that is all about?
Have you considered that this could in fact be because of the medication you are getting? Some drugs can cause numbness in the body as a side effect. You should consult your specialist about the symptoms you are having, and see if you can switch to another medication straight away!
No, I don't think it is because of the medication because I have been on the same medication for too long now, long before these new symptoms started appearing. I think that it is definitely something that is just related to the vasculitis. You are probably right that I should go and see my doctor though. Thank you for your time and effort.
